Jenni Kelly

From an early age, artist Jenni Kelly has shown a passion for drawing and painting. Originally from Kerang Victoria this self-taught artist has been painting professionally for many years. Her early works were in traditional oils depicting the subjects of the Gold Mining areas and she continued in this style for many years.

Marriage and family commitments saw her move to far north Queensland where the light and colour strongly influenced her present painting style. Her paintings now have an appealing sense of colour, freedom and movement. She achieves a realistic expression in her creative freestyle leaving the viewer free to exercise their own imagination.

Jenni now resides on the magnificent Sunshine Coast.

Jenni' is a member of "Nature in the Raw" with works going in exhibitions all over Queensland and in 2004 the Bristol Zoo Gardens in U.K. Twenty one of Jenni's paintings are hanging throughout the Holy Spirit Hospital at Chermside Brisbane. Her work features in private collections both here and overseas
